SHIPPING

Although most orders will ship within 1- 3 days, due to the handmade nature of your items it can sometimes take 5-10 days to process, pack and ship your order. 

Most of our items ship for $5 letter shipping. Please note letter mail is untracked. Once it leaves our hands we have no way of knowing where it is, or when it will get to you. We are not responsible for any lost packages. If you would like to track your package you will need to select tracked shipping at checkout. 

If ordering a higher quantity of items, or any items with driftwood, that require a box, tracked shipping will be needed and calculated at checkout.

Free local pickup is available in West Kelowna, BC. Choose local pickup at checkout.

We use the Shopify Planet app to carbon-neutralize all your orders, and support some of the most promising climate projects on Earth.
